On a night during the waxing to full moon, mix a tablespoon of rue into a glass of water. The following night, take the glass outside and enchant the mixture beneath the moonlight by saying:
“herb of grace,O cleansing one
Bring good health back on the run.”
Drink the water in its entirety.
